We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:
  • Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
  • Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
  • Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. Any discount, clearance or sales product that beautymate.com has already stated non-returnable.
  • Any free gift product and samples.
  • In the event of dispute, timc.com.hk’s decision shall be final and conclusive.

All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by simply follow our Return Procedures.

If customers do not apply for stock changes or returns within 7 days, it means the transaction deal is closed, timc.com.hk will not have any legal responsibilities and will not arrange any stock changes or returns afterwards.

We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will also be refunded to you.

Only in case the product was sold out, we'll refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

  2. 請在查詢一欄内輸入訂貨單编號、退貨產品的資料及退貨原因。
  3. 在收到我們的確認電郵後,請妥善包好需要退回的貨品及附上該電郵副本。
  4. 將退貨郵寄到全球藥業有限公司, 香港北角屈臣道2-8號海景大厦B座715室。
  5. 所有退貨產品必須先付回程運費,本網站恕不接受收貨人支付運費事宜。
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:
  1. Click Contact us.
  2. Provide us with your Order Number and indicate returned products and the reason for your return in the enquiry area.
  3. Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a box that we can expedite your request.
  4. Send the returning items by mail to The International Medical Co Ltd., Unit 715, Block B, Sea View Estate, 2-8 Watson Rd., North Point, Hong Kong.
  5. All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.
請注意我們在退換或退款之前,必須檢查及驗證退貨,如發現情況未能符合我們的退換規條,所有退貨將不獲退換或退款, 本網站亦不會負責將貨品退回。

在退款時,原來訂單的運費及處理費用將不獲退回,不便之處,敬請原諒。我們會將貨品的總額退回給您。如您退回的貨品附送有推廣贈品或特價購買產品等,亦必須將該貨品一併退回,否則退款將不獲處理。如有退回附屬的贈品,退款時我們將會扣除該贈品或特價貨品的價值。
Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.

We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.
退款將會與購物時所選的付款方式相同(唯抱歉我們暫時未有現金退款提供,因此選以貨到付款方式或銀行存款的訂單,會以支票處理)。當我們將退款要求交予銀行後,相關信用卡的發卡銀行約需 3至4星期將款項退回您的戶口,支票或銀行匯款的退款方式處理時間相約。
Refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase (however, cash refunds are not available at present, so COD and Direct Deposit order will be refunded by cheque). After refund requested made to our bank, it takes up to 3 to 4 weeks for credit card issuer to process your credit back to your account. Refund by cheque or telegraphic transfer will take approximately the same of time.
部份訂單會因收貨地址不詳、郵政信箱、酒店地址、多次派送均無人收件、收件人拒絕繳付稅項/ 拒絕提供身份證/ 未能為貨物進行報關或收件人拒收包裹等原因而被退回。

當郵遞公司將包裹退回給我們時,我們會在退款中扣除原本的運費、手續費及手續費HK$25作為退回訂單處理費,餘數將按「退款政策」及「退款時間」處理。

我們可以為客人再次付運被退回的包裹,但客人需要支付再次付運的郵費,並按每件包裹計算。

* 再次付運的郵費是根據你訂單原本的送貨方式及郵遞國家/地區而定。
Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.

When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and re-stocking fee of HK$25.

We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged resend shipping fee per parcel.

* Re-shipping fee is based on the original shipping method used for your purchase.
